(Fake) Tiramisu

2 Tbl. Instant Coffee
¼ Cup Boiling Water
32 Reduced Fat Vanilla Wafers, divided
1 Tub (8 oz.) Light Cream Cheese

¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tub (8 oz.) Fat Free Whipped Topping
1 tsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  1. Stir coffee granules into boiling water until dissolved. 
  2. Cover bottom of 8” square dish with 16 of the wafers.  Drizzle evenly with 1 Tbl. of the coffee mixture. 
  3. Add 2 Tbl. of the remaining coffee mixture to cream cheese spread in medium bowl until well blended.  Add powdered sugar.  Gently stir in whipped topping.
  4. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over wafers in dish, cover with remaining 16 wafers.  Drizzle with remaining coffee mixture and top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.  Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving.

Jenny’s substitution:  Used sugar free Café Vienna flavored coffee and a splash of Kahlua
