Sour Cream Noodle Bake
  8 oz. medium noodles
2 Tbl. butter
1 8-ounce can tomato paste or sauce
1 C. sour cream
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 tsp. salt, pepper, & garlic salt
1 C. cottage cheese
green onion to taste

Cook noodles and drain. Brown meat in butter and onion. Add salt, pepper, and garlic. Do not drain. Add tomato sauce; simmer 5 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, and noodles. Spray square or casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer noodles, then meat, then cheese; repeat. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
