Sausage Balls

1 lb. Pork Sausage (good grade, like Bob Evans)
1 egg
1/3 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs
teaspoon Sage

Cup Catsup
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

  1. Mix sausage, egg, crumbs and sage.  Form balls (approx. 40 per lb. of sausage)
  2. Brown sausage balls in skillet 15 min. or until done.
  3. Heat catsup, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in crock pot (or large pan).  Add sausage balls, cook until heated through.
