1 ½ Tbl. yeast
¼ C. warm water
3/8 C. boiling water (6 Tbl.)
1 Tbl. margarine

1 tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 C. flour


Dissolve yeast in warm water.  In another bowl, mix all the rest of the ingredients except flour.  When cool, add dissolved yeast, and then the flour.  Form ball and let rise until dough has doubled in size (or ½ hour).  Flatten onto greased cookie sheet (or pie pan for “deep dish” pizza) and poke holes with fork.  Top with tomato sauce, cheese, oregano, and preferred toppings.  Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
