- Bring
large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for
8-10 min. or until al dente. Drain and cool. Reserve.
- In large
skillet brown sausage on medium heat. Drain and cool.
- Preheat
oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9 X 13” baking dish and pour enough
spaghetti sauce in dish to cover bottom.
- Combine,
sausage, ricotta, 1 Cup Mozzarella, Parmesan, egg whites, and
oregano. Mix well. Stuff shells with mixture.
- Place
stuffed noodles in the dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and top with
remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in
preheated oven for 50 min.
