Cheesy Chicken Casserole

6 – 8 chicken breasts (boneless and cut in pieces)
Two 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
2 C. milk

Two 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
¾ to 1 tsp. garlic salt
1 ½ C. grated Parmesan cheese

 
       
 

Simmer chicken in salted boiling water until tender, or microwave approximately 10 minutes, rearranging pieces halfway through.  Cook broccoli as package directs, and put in a 3-quart casserole dish.  Blend milk, cream cheese, salt, and garlic salt until smooth.  Stir in ¾ cup Parmesan.  Pour 1 cup of sauce over broccoli, top with chicken, cover with remaining sauce and cheese.  Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven or microwave on high about 10 minutes.
